Spring comes to Leicester Square
iIt is always a bonus to be able to escape to the calm of Notre Dame de France next door - and this morning an extra delight. Spring flowers that look like a recent acquisition at the National Gallery just down the road ...
So like the below: A Still life of flowers in Wan-li vase by Ambrosius Bosschaert the Elder (1609-10) (a painting taken in lieu of inheritance tax by the National Gallery last year).
And spring comes to the Refugee Centre today. The Big Clean starts. The cleaners were here first thing to make a start on the floors. Already the Cafe is looking better. Sylvia inspecting here.
Next step - tomorrow - the stairs. Lest we forget... the chewing gum:
