Cooking preparations for our trip to the park

Great excitement in the kitchens as we get ready for our outing to Hyde Park tomorrow. Ginette and Elene show us how to cook beignets and plaintains. Deep fat frying is not easy - but they are brilliant cooks...We have lots of people signed up for tomorrow....

London Legal Walk 2010.

We are taking part in London Legal Walk again this year! It is a sponsored 10K walk, organised by London Legal Support Trust, which will take place on Monday 17th May, 5.30pm. We need as many people as possible to walk and raise money for Notre Dame Refugee...

Theatre play. Pièce de théâtre.

Our theatre group performed for the first time ever last Monday and as one of the organisers said, it must have been the first ever play in Lingala (Congo's native language) by probably the first and only Congolese theatre group to be played in this country!!...

£7,300!!!

This is the incredible amount of money our 32-strong team of walkers raised by walking the London Legal walk last Monday. We actually beat last year's record of £7,000, which in this difficult context, is an amazing achievement! Well done and thank you...
