Gardening project. Projet jardinage.

              

For the last few weeks, one of our volunteers Séverine has been accompanying a couple of our visitors to Forest Farm Peace Garden in North East London. Forest Farm Peace Garden is a registered charity committed to organic gardening and aiming to contribute to the physical and mental health of the community, and to the promotion of a diverse, tolerant and equitable society. NDRC has been allocated with a plot of land where our gardeners have been working very hard every Wednesday afternoon. It's early stages yet, a lot of work is needed to get the soil ready for planting but we'll keep you posted on the progress! In the meantime, please take a look at the great pictures taken by Séverine (in the photo album section on the right hand side)!

Depuis quelques semaines, une de nos volontaires Séverine accompagne quelques clients du Centre à Forest Farm Peace Garden dans le nord-est de Londres. Forest Farm Peace Garden est une charité qui supporte la culture biologique et qui s'engage à contribuer au bien-être physique et mental de la communauté, et au support d'une société diverse, tolérante et équitable. NDRC a reçu un terrain où nos jardiniers se retrouvent chaque mercredi après-midi pour y travailler. Il va y avoir besoin de beaucoup de travail pour préparer la terre avant de pouvoir y planter quoi que ce soit mais nous vous tiendrons au courant de leur progrès!
