A sample dress from Soizic

Soizic Quentin de Coupigny brought in a sample dress last Thursday to inspire the sewing group that she runs every week.

It is silk and so exquisite that keeping it in pristine condition is something of a challenge in our dusty office! It will certainly inspire, beautifully finished with some very fine detail in the smocking and straps. The idea is that women (and men) in the sewing group will learn how to make similar dresses and produce some for sale in aid of NDRC and the charity in Dakar run by Father Rafael (from Notre Dame de France).
