A screening at the Drop-In Centre

An unusual Thursday at the Drop-in Centre,  as we have a screening of CorrieNielsen's fashion show....

Keen blogreaders will remember that Soizic Quentin de Coupigny and Eleanore Mensah, of our sewing group, worked so hard on this show - Corrie Neilsen's Autumn Winter 2011 collection which was unveiled at London Fashion Week a couple of weeks ago.  It was received with rave reviews. Soizic organised this afternoon's screening of a short video of the show made by Anton Yavorsky of Panfire Films. 

Soizic and Eleanore explained what was involved - many hours (days and nights!) of hard work. A brilliant chance for Eleanore to work on haute couture.  The sewing group goes from strength to strength.
